Laurie Moline

Executive Director

Laurie Moline is a social innovator, youth advocate, mentoring consultant and founder/executive director of MentorStark. Over the course of her 35 year career, Laurie has served as a producer/director, communication specialist, media and marketing director, innovation strategist and business owner. But she found her passion when she began working with young people as a mentor. She led the United Way Get Connected program, helping Career Tech students explore careers and build relationships with local employers. Through MentorStark, she advocates for local mentoring programs and leads an informal coalition of program leaders. She also directs the MentorStark Opportunity Club, which offers job shadowing and social capital building opportunities to young people ages 15-27. In 2020, Laurie became a consultant for MENTOR: The National Mentoring Partnership, providing assistance to programs around the region. She holds a BS in Mass Communication from Miami University with a focus in Broadcast Journalism and Media Management.

Justin Lepley, J.D.

Justin is a local entrepreneur and volunteer within the Stark and Summit county mentoring community. He attended Marlington Schools, received a B.A. in business from the University of Mount Union, and then went on to study law at Case Western Reserve University, where he received his J.D. in 2020. Later that year, he founded Lepley & Co., a retail plant business and florist shop that provides local creatives and other entrepreneurs a combination of brick and mortar and online sales channels to help their products get in front of new customers. Justin also founded a marketing company, Lepley Marketing Solutions, that also seeks to expand opportunities for local entrepreneurs and creatives. Justin has been involved with the Junior Achievement Company Program since his time as a student at Marlington. This experience has allowed him to see the benefits of mentoring from both sides of the equation and is one of the reasons that he was so excited to join the MentorStark Board.

Patti Fetzer, LISW-S

She/Her/Hers

When talking about mental health, transition to adulthood, addressing disparities, and systems of care in Stark County, Patti Fetzer's name is usually part of the conversation. Patti has been a community leader in mental health for over 25 years and currently serves as director of prevention for the Stark County Educational Service Center. She brings to her role with MentorStark tremendous passion for empowering young people to realize their gifts and potential, her lived experience as a teen mom, and extensive professional expertise in trauma-informed and resiliency best practices, cultural humility, policy and practice innovation, and community-based solutions. A licensed independent social worker, Patti earned her bachelor's degree in psychology/sociology from Walsh University and her master's in social work from Akron University.

Temeko Holness
He/Him/His

Temeko Holness is passionate about mentoring after seeing the impact it has had in his own life. Temeko's parents are from Jamaica and settled in the Youngstown area, where Temeko was a 3 sport athlete for Struthers High School. He came to Canton to play football for Malone University, but ultimately earned his undergraduate degree in political science from Clarion University. But his Canton connections drew him back and he earned his MBA from Walsh University in May 2021. Temeko is a youth resiliency specialist at The Village Network and independent care specialist provider for the Department of Developmental Disabilities, serving clients throughout Northeast Ohio. He is a coach for the Taking The Crown youth basketball league and a member of 3rd Street Community Church.

Zachary Glass

Zachary is the BusinessPro Sales Engineer at MCTV in Massillon, OH.  Zack is responsible for working with the business sales, networking and phone teams to help coordinate projects and provide the best possible service and customer support.

Zack learned the value of networking and building relationships from his first job as a stock boy at a local grocery store. A member of his church worked there, put in a good word, and got him an interview. The athletic trainer from Zack's high school became a golf professional and helped him become Assistant Golf Professional at Shady Hollow Country Club. One of the members at Shady Hollow that Zack got to know was Tim Seifert, President of Seifert Technologies. He talked to Tim about looking for a new career, and Tim gave him an opportunity. Zack started in 2012 as Inside Sales and Purchasing for Seifert Technologies IT department.  Zack's newest role at MCTV came through Seifert Associates Staffing Division.  Seifert Technologies has had a long standing partnership with MCTV, and Zack has developed relationships with several people there over the years.  Zack believes every connection you make could potentially lead to a great opportunity and he lives by the motto "Never burn any bridges." 

Zachary is a graduate of West Liberty State University in Wheeling, WV, with a BA in Business Administration specializing in Golf Management. He lives with his wife Sarah and two daughters, Sawyer and Emerson, in Canton, OH. Zack is excited and grateful to be serving on the MentorStark Board of Directors.  

Elioth Bernard

Elioth Bernard is a financial analyst at Aultman hospital. He is originally from Cap Haitian, Haiti and received a B.A Degree in Finance at Walsh University. With a strong passion for personal finance, Elioth strived to make a positive impact for his peers at Walsh by creating The College Money Hustle—a personal finance podcast that educates young professionals about the most beneficial ways to handle their finances. As a young professional, Elioth enjoys educating and encouraging other young professionals to adopt personal finance tactics in their everyday lives. Elioth believes in the great value that mentorship can bring to an individual’s life. He himself has benefitted from it and truly understands the positive impact it can have.
