Taylor is a certified Development Consultant specializing in Grant Writing, Donor Relations, and Fundraising, with more than a decade of experience working alongside nonprofit organizations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications and a Master’s degree in Athletics Administration and Leadership. As a contracted Development Specialist, Taylor has partnered with more than 15 organizations and helped secure millions in funding for a variety of impactful causes. 

She began her professional career with the Akron Zips as a Marketing and Events Manager within the Athletics Department. She later joined the Cleveland Cavaliers as a Group Events Specialist, where she focused on collaborating with nonprofit organizations to raise awareness and funds through community partnerships and the Cavaliers brand. Following her time in sports, Taylor helped a colleague launch a restaurant in Downtown Akron before transitioning into full-time development consulting.

Taylor is deeply passionate about investing in young people and empowering the next generation, inspired by the mentors who continually invested in and supported her throughout her own journey.
