Isaiah Smith  (He/Him/His)

Isaiah is a proud graduate of Timken High School’s Class of 2015. He went on to earn an Associate Degree in Business from Stark State College, building a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

While enrolled in the Project Lead The Way (pre-engineering) Career and Technical Education program at Canton City Schools, Isaiah was first introduced to the power of mentorship—an experience that helped shape his commitment to guiding and supporting others. That early exposure sparked a passion that continues to drive his work with young people today.

Isaiah is a Certified Peer Recovery Supporter and a graduate of the Leadership Stark County Spotlight Program, Project Blueprint, where he further developed his leadership capacity and dedication to community impact. His work is deeply informed by lived experience, allowing him to connect authentically with youth and meet them where they are.

Driven by a genuine passion for young people, Isaiah is committed to empowering the next generation through mentorship, advocacy, and support.
